What Is It?
An Active Rehabilitation program begins with a detailed assessment to analyze the clients’ current job demands, range of motion, and muscle imbalances. Based on the findings from the analysis, our team will collaborate and create a comprehensive exercise program that is put in place for the client. This plan is specifically designed for that person and their daily physical demands. The goal for this plan is that by the end of it, the client should be fully recovered from the injuries they initially sustained.
How Do I Get Started?
- If your accident occurred after April 1st 2019, then you will have 12 preapproved sessions within 12 weeks of your accident date
- If your accident occurred prior to April 1st 2019, you will need a note from your doctor
- Contact, email, or sign up online for an appointment.
How Soon Can I Start Active Rehab?
As soon as possible. The quicker we start, the quicker we can begin the recovery process. A program will be created by a therapist within your current abilities and pain tolerance which will allow us to start the recovery process as soon as we can.Get Started
Aquatic Therapy is an active rehabilitation program carried out in a swimming pool. It is preferred by clients who have trouble with weight bearing exercises or by those who just prefer doing exercises in water. Aquatic therapy is more beneficial for those who have problems with their knees, hips or ankles and have a more difficult time standing or walking, this makes it harder to perform certain exercises. The water-based exercises in Aquatic Therapy make it easier for the client to perform the exercises required to help them recover from their respective injuries.Get Started
